For a few months, I had been noticing a sort of gap between what I was seeing everyday in the streets and what was shown in books, magazines and on TV... This representation followed a certain image that had nothing to do with reality. A cultural gap and a filter, created to preserve a certain image, based on a stereotype of Middle Eastern culture that is omnipresent and always renewed.
