Evanouissance on my doorstep

But when they are nibbled away, colonized, and devoured by mold caused by water infiltration and flooding—damaged to such an extent—what can you do, except make the unbearably painful decision to get rid of them, with a heavy heart and a soul in mourning? All those memories, forever abandoned, leaving us with no choice but to accept it—the ultimate law of nature: physical time and weather time, relentlessly carrying out their work of destruction.
